**About the Position**

We are a small Managed Service Provider (MSP) that has been dedicated to serving SMBs since 2013. Recently, we have expanded our services to cater to residential clients across various platforms, resulting in growth and positive reception. In line with this expansion, we are in search of a part-time IT Technician II who embodies a unique combination of technological expertise, proficiency in PC repair, and a customer-oriented personality. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide front line response for users requiring assistance with hardware/software technology issues and problems.
- Track issues to resolution utilizing a myriad of available resources.
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate corporate IT services individuals.
- Interact with vendors and providers to ensure timely delivery of required hardware and resources.
- Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS Management.
- Hardware and software provisioning.
- Utilize CRM to respond to new requests and track existing issues.
- Ability to provide support after hours, evenings, weekends and holidays (as needed)).
- Ability to drive with in the greater San Diego area.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or 3-4 years of similar experience in the IT field
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in a Windows domain environment
- Substantial knowledge of Windows Desktop and Windows Server Operating Systems
- Solid Knowledge of Mac devices
- Solid understanding of Local Area Networks
- 3-4 years of experience with DNS
- Understand of Active directory.
- Proven experience in IT services and helpdesk and server administration.
- Familiarity with VMware
- Good analytical skills to determine proper time management.
- Google Suite experience
- Ability to provide results with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, organization and documentation skills.
- Must have own vehicle. Travel throughout San Diego County will be required.
- Must be comfortable working in a Hybrid Rol
- Must pass a Background check.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
