As a _Help Desk Support Technician _at Mulligan, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, hardware, and software. You will provide essential technical assistance and support to both on-site and remote employees, helping to maintain and enhance our business processes and staff productivity.

**You will**:

- Monitor and respond promptly to incoming IT support requests.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, ensuring all systems are operational.
- Manage and support Win10/MacOS, printers, Windows 2019 Server, and related equipment (monitors, keyboards, mice, hard drives, etc.).
- Perform upgrades and configurations on user computers as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees, including sending workstations to remote users nationwide.
- Keep an accurate inventory of all equipment, software, and user permissions.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software.

**You have**:

- 1 or more years of experience in a help desk or systems admin capacity.
- General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management
- Resourcefulness and quick-thinking nature to troubleshoot new and critical technical issues as they arise.
- An ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktop and mobile
- An understanding and appreciation for information security within systems and user devices.
- A strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.

A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $59,700 to $72,300 per year. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Mulligan Funding takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
