**Responsibilities may include, but not limited to**:

- Work directly with Sales Coordinators and Sales Teams to create a schedule of sales.
- Verify contact information for new clients.
- Plotting sales scheduled on a map to ensure most effective coverage of a territory.
- Report to President and Territory Sales Managers on updates and accounts scheduled.
- Ensure territories have a full schedules that meet monthly scheduling requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in scheduling preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
