We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to coordinate the move-in process for our residents. As a Move-In Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a smooth transition for our residents, including coordinating with various departments and teams to ensure a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the move-in process for residents, including scheduling appointments and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to ensure effective communication with potential residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including tracking unit availability and resident move-in data.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to ensure compliance with Indiana Rental Housing Tax Credit Program requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the move-in process.
Requirements:
  • Education or previous experience in the healthcare field is desirable.
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the aging is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications.
