StretchLab is a premier assisted stretching brand that offers one-on-one and group stretch sessions for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Our mission is to provide a superior, personalized experience to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate the digital presence of our two StretchLab studios.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for two StretchLab studios.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and report on monthly ad spend, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and aligned with budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager and studio owners to align marketing strategies with business goals and studio needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are cutting-edge and effective.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with Meta Business Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and other digital marketing software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for health, wellness, and the StretchLab brand is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
