Job Title: Sales / Assistant Sales Manager - HUNTER NEEDED


Location: Richmond, VA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive base salary + commission. Opportunity for increased pay with digital marketing experience.

Job Description:


As a Hunter Sales Specialist at StretchLab, you will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the wellness industry.
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Tailor sales pitches to highlight StretchLab's unique offerings and benefits.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the StretchLab team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
    • Provide feedback from the field to support product development and marketing strategies.
  • Networking:
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network.
    • Represent StretchLab in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications:


  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hunter sales experience, preferably in the wellness industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-Motivated: High level of self-discipline, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Established network within the wellness industry.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities (Hybrid Role):


  • Online Presence Management: Develop and manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Brand Strategy: Contribute to the overall brand strategy and market positioning.
Qualifications for Hybrid Role:


  • Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to create compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
