**Department**:
**Responsibilities**:
This position is part of The Ringling's Visitor Services Team, serving as a lead worker in the Admissions and Box Office areas.

Admissions functions:

- Assists with overseeing Admissions Associates, including but not limited to ensuring staff compliance with policies/procedures, processing returns, and morning/evening cash count
- Operates ticketing system processing ticket sales, memberships, and e-tickets

Box Office functions:

- Assists with ensuring staff compliance with policies/procedures, processing returns, and morning/evening cash count
- Works directly with Box Office Manager and Front of House Manager to ensure a positive visitor experience including:

- School groups (K-12)
- Seating issues/ADA concerns
- Customer service

As needed:

- Implements Summer Circus Group Sales from inquiry through post-visit evaluation
- Assists with training staff on job responsibilities, admissions processes, customer service skills, museum offerings, promotions, and memberships
- Performs other duties as assigned

Skills relevant to this role include:

- Advanced level customer service with a focus on serving diverse audiences
- Excellent communication skills to include verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and address guest issues in a timely manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to identify issues and take proactive measures

**Qualifications**:
Education
- HS Diploma or GED

**Considerations**:
**Working Hours**: Tuesday - Saturday from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM with a half-hour meal period. This role may be required to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, special events, and holidays based on the needs of The Ringling.

- This is a USPS position.
- This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check to include fingerprinting.
