Makotek is an authorized contractor for Spectrum Cable currently looking for qualified Field Retention Agents for **Brooklyn, NY** and the surrounding areas. Immediate openings are available Our Field Retention Agents are responsible for driving to the customer’s home in order to either:

- Collect past-due payments and have the customer’s Cable, TV and/or Internet services turned back on; OR
- Collect equipment provided by Spectrum (e.g. Internet Routers, Cable Boxes, etc) from previous customers.

**Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Commute to customer’s residence to collect equipment or past-due balances.
- Follow-up with customers when necessary.
- Communicate with the General Manager at all times.
- Be able to use your smart phone to connect to our work-order software.
- Abide by all federal, state, and local regulations.

**General Requirements**:

- Must have a reliable vehicle.
- Must have insurance for your vehicle.
- Must have an active Driver’s License.

**Compensation**:

- Weekly paychecks
- Production-based pay-scale:

- Expected earnings are **$800 - $1,000** per week when working full-time.
- Mileage compensation provided.

**Benefits**:

- Paid training will be provided.
- Available after 60 days of employment:

- Medical
- Dental
- Vision
- Paid vacation days available.

**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**:

- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- No work experience is necessary.
