**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:

- Support Talent Acquisition Partner and Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of top talent.
- Implement and manage recruitment strategies to meet company goals.
- **Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency**:

- Create, maintain, and analyze detailed Excel spreadsheets to track recruitment metrics, budgets, and other HR-related data.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Design and manage comprehensive workbooks to support Recruiting projects and initiatives.
- **Conference and Event Participation**:

- Represent the company at various conferences and recruiting events on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and deliver presentations at events to showcase company opportunities and culture.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments to implement HR initiatives.
- Track project progress and report on milestones and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, Project Management, or Marketing, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel monthly to various conferences and events.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to engage an audience.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP).
- Experience with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
- Previous experience representing a company at industry conferences.
