Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of restoration projects, ensuring timely completion, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescribe, coordinate, control, and perform work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.
  • Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers.
  • Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.
  • Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects.
  • Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.
  • Coach and train production technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
  • Oversee facility and grounds maintenance, as assigned.
  • Continuously develop production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to work overtime and emergency calls.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Spanish language proficiency.
Benefits
  • Full-time position.
  • Competitive salary range: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour.
  • Expected hours: 40 per week.
