**MISSION**:
The mission of the Team Lead is to help manage the warehouse team and ensure dealer orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner. The Team Lead will help manage the day to day by working closely with Supervisors and Leadership team to make sure all standards are being upheld in the shipping process and is accountable for ensuring product is up to code, the correct carrier is used, secure product placement on trailer prior to shipping out. Training is a large component of this position as the Team Lead will be to train team members to standard work instructions for specific department processes.

**KEY OUTCOMES (KPI's)**:
OUTCOME: Train existing and new team members on shipment process
- Work with team members to ensure proper training has been completed per our shipping work instructions
- Train team members when new processes are introduced and work alongside new team members to show associates how to perform the functions of the job

OUTCOME: Ensure all orders are shipped out correctly in a timely matter
- Hold the picking team accountable for making sure all orders are complete per LPH goals
- Ensure all the orders are being shipped in their correct carrier and accurately
- Manage and oversee any product that needs relabeled and have completed by certain due dates to avoid any backorders
- Help with investigating CAF (customer affected form) root cause and have a corrective action
- Ensure FEFO/FIFO (first expired first out/first in first out) is followed to avoid shipping expired product
- Identify and help update work instructions as needed
- Uphold the training process and documentation, work with Supervisor on any employee performance concerns
- Help lead daily shift start meeting with all team members to communicate any necessary information to the warehouse

OUTCOME: Audit outbound shipments to make sure shipping standards are being upheld
- Read and audit each shipment with 100% accuracy
- Confirm Load paperwork and procedures are being met and upheld
- Meet outbound timelines
- Manage weekly supplies and report to leadership team

OUTCOME: Ensure all Safety standards are being upheld
- Ensure all team members are properly trained on any equipment they will be using
- Follow up on any safety/accidental incidents and fill out all the proper paperwork

OUTCOME: Ensure all Continuous Improvement projects and new processes are implemented and consistently maintained
- Lead and assist others in continuous improvement projects
- Attend meetings that pertain to any picking needs and host meetings as needed
