Job Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor Lead is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the skills of Shift Supervisors and Squad Crew. This role involves learning restaurant operations skills side by side with the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will set the tone for the team, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both Squad Crew and customers. They will model the idea that together, our restaurants create an experience that makes sure everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set the Tone: Create a high-energy environment and maintain a positive vibe during shifts.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers and Squad Crew alike.
  • Cash Handling: Manage keyholder responsibilities, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Conflict Resolution: Listen, acknowledge, and resolve Squad crew and customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Shift Duties: Manage shift checklists, address equipment malfunctions, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Team Growth: Focus on the growth and well-being of the Squad, celebrating wins and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Coaching Experience: Previous experience coaching, teaching, and inspiring others.
  • Process Adherence: Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards, correcting and coaching in a compassionate manner.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
