Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent (GED).

  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, bookkeeping skills, and good organization, prioritization, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to work in a hands-on environment.
  • Knowledge: Good knowledge of retail store operations, retail management systems, and suggestive selling.
  • Technology: Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
