Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate, allocate, record, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Generate accurate financial reports and communicate findings effectively.
  • Examine financial data and summarize overall financial health.
  • Identify discrepancies and propose strategies for enhancing efficiency and cost management.
  • Offer technical guidance and support in Management Accounting.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to accounting systems and processes.
  • Supervise accounting staff and bookkeeping personnel.
  • Engage in the establishment of financial standards and forecasting processes.
  • Contribute to the department's goal-setting initiatives.
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure timely budget production.
  • Assist with tax audits and preparation of tax returns.
  • Direct internal and external audits to guarantee compliance.
  • Plan, delegate, and review the work of team members.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger journal entries and account reconciliation.
  • Experience in manufacturing, particularly with inventory and Cost of Goods Sold.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to apply logical reasoning effectively.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
