Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. A desire to help others, an outgoing personality and a positive attitude are essential.

**Duties**:

- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments, techs and rentals
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Assist clients in the showroom

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong clerical, administrative and customer service skills
- Able to lift 45lb equipment for demonstration purposes
- Knowledge of or experience with mobility equipment a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
