We are professional, customer-centric, data-driven and our goal is to National Mail/Marketing, a nearly 50 year established direct marketing company located in Broomall, Pennsylvania, is seeking to fill the position of Vice President of Finance. With a solid and proven track record of marketing success, National Mail/Marketing has established relationships with Fortune 500 clients, most notably in the field of direct mail marketing.

Vice President of Finance, a senior executive, will function as a second in command and is responsible for managing the financial actions of a company. The role is responsible for managing the finance and accounting divisions and for ensuring that the company’s financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner.

• Accountable for day-to-day accounting, general accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting

• Ensure compliance of accounting regarding local, state, and federal laws

• Direct management of cashflow and forecasting to maintain Company liquidity

• In charge of financial statements, insurance, and profit-sharing plans

• Responsible for tracking cash flow and financial planning, analyzing Company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective measures

• Oversee HR operations by coordinating with external service providers (payroll, benefits, insurance)

• Manage Information Technology and facility management

• Support President in strategic planning

• Supervision of Financial Assistant

• Supervision of Production Manager & Office Manager

• Reports directly to the President

Required Education & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Finance, and/or Accounting

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration

• Masters in Finance preferred

Required Skills:

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles

Strong Microsoft office and Microsoft 365 skills as well as accounting software

Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning

Strong leadership skills (written and oral) required
