Claims and Warranty Coordinator Job Description: 
  • Processing and research of various shipping and warranty claims for multiple manufacturers and for multiple carriers from inception of claim through claim payment
  • Claims and Warranty Management including gathering of claim and claimant information and claim assessments
  • Compiling necessary documents and making sure these are processed and filed electronically
  • Perform data entry within company and manufacturers’ custom management systems
  • Develop and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and customer relations
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and manufacturers
  • Strong understanding of inventory management including receiving, cycle counting and optimizing inventory levels


Claims and Warranty Coordinator Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Communication skills and a team player
