It is recognized as a leader in the premium vape category and has won a loyal following.
**Position Title**:Account Executive - Maryland
**Region/State**: Montgomery / Frederick County
**Reports to**:Regional Manager
**Employment Type**:Full Time
**Starting Salary**:$55,000+ (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
**Car Allowance**: $200/month + Fuel Reimbursement
**The position will have the following responsibilities**:
- Visit Dispensaries daily
- Secure merchandising placement
- Educate buyers, budtenders & consumers about Airo products
- Communicate and execute Airo’s promotions in market
- Present new products
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Keep manager informed on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Other projects & duties as needed
**Expectations and Qualifications**:
- Ideally 2+ years experience in Consumer Goods Sales
- Positive attitude and enjoy interacting with people
- Self-motivator, team player, and enjoys challenges
- Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
- Enjoys interacting with people, job is 100% visiting dispensaries, interacting with buyers, budtenders and consumers
- Aware of the latest market trends and shifts
- Ability to prioritize high-value tasks and focus under pressure
- Exceptional communication and presentation and organizational skills
- Able to be persuasive and procure buy-in
- Own a vehicle (position requires visiting dispensaries daily)
- Willing to travel
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
