**Requirements**:

- Creating, monitoring, and implementing the marketing/communication strategies
- Creating, monitoring, and implementing social media strategy and growing engagement across all platforms
- Assisting with the Annual report with an annual timeline of completion by October of each fiscal year
- Creating all designs needed for the programs and events of the Foundation
- Editing the website
- Coordinating mailings and printing with contractors for assigned project
- Tracking metrics of the various communication channels to understand the effectiveness of the efforts taking place
- Assisting with company events as needed
- Other tasks as assigned

**Knowledge, Skills and Experiences**
- Skilled in Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Strong business and marketing skills, with a strong ability to generate creative, original marketing approaches based on Foundation needs
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism is required when interacting with other staff, board & committee members, volunteers, and donors
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and simply
- Able to organize, prioritize, set schedules, meet deadlines, work both independently and with other members of the Foundation in a team setting, and under the direction of leadership
- Must have at least 2+ years of experience in communications and marketing, including relevant social media experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, associate degree in marketing or communication, or a similar combination of education and work experience
- Must have full knowledge of the Catholic Church, its vision, teachings, and structure
