About the Role:
Admiral Insurance Brokerage Corp is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to grow and serve our business. You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Job Description Summary:

- The role consist of providing support to the Admiral Staff by speaking with the customers, entering customer data, and providing support in everyday tasks. The desire to provide an exceptional consumer experience is at the core of what we do and is seen in every touch point.

Education and Experience
- Greet and assist onsite guests/clients
- Answer inbound telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department/representative
- Individuals with a proven track record in exceptional customer service is required

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Effectively communicate with clients and carriers with providing exceptional services
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365, including OneDrive, with a need to be highly organized when using Outlook

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
