**SUMMARY**:
The Analyst is responsible for the setup, oversight, data entry, and delivery of reporting obligations due to lenders, investors, and regulatory agencies. The Analyst is responsible for system administration and maintenance of internal and external systems (Yardi Report Scheduler, Smartsheet, and various third-party systems). The Analyst works with various departments (i.e., Asset Management, Legal, Property Management, etc.) to acquire information needed to complete reporting obligations, verifying disclosures for accuracy and compliance. The Analyst works with the department to maintain compliance with the regulatory commitments for the applicable programs: Section 42/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program, VASH, HUD Section 8, HUD 236, HUD 202 PRAC, Bond, HOME, CalHFA, AHP, MHP, and, special needs housing programs, and other housing programs as applicable). The Analyst assists with the internal monitoring of critical compliance elements (i.e., utility allowances, maximum gross rents, occupancy/certification data, resident services, etc.). As needed, the Analyst travels to all locations where the organization conducts business, including out-of-state locations. The Analyst brings excellence to their work and related activities and effectively completes the job.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:
Two-year college education/technical school training, or two years of relatable experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Three or more years of experience in a relatable occupation or experience in an affordable housing program or a Bachelor s degree is preferred. Experience with Smartsheet or Yardi is preferred.

**SALARY RANGE**:
$37,440-$44,000 DOE

**Benefits include 100% employer paid medical, dental and vision.
