**1st shift Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:45pm, OT and Weekends as needed**
**Pay Starts at $22./hr. and can go up based upon experience**
**Onsite at Ivyland, Pennsylvania**
About Us:
- Job Summary:**Responsibilities**:
- Review incoming inquiries and assist with product selection, pricing, and lead time.
- Provide technical and commercial support to Regional Sales Managers, channel partners and end users
- Utilize internal case management system, ERP system and quoting tools.
- Coordinate with internal departments and outside suppliers as needed to assist customers.
- Develop a high level of knowledge of the technical and commercial aspects of the of the product line.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of related experience in a similar role
- Technical degree and/or training, a plus
- Experience with industrial products in municipal water treatment, oil/gas, and/or petrochemical industries preferred
- Experience with metering pump technologies, a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, being able to easily pivot, and great at multi-tasking
- Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
- Fully site based
