We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to lead our tax review team in a dynamic and growing firm. As a Tax Director, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing and mentoring a team of tax professionals, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

• Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership to the tax review team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their unique tax needs, and providing proactive tax planning and advisory services.
• Tax Review and Compliance: Conduct thorough reviews of complex tax returns for various entity types, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your advanced knowledge of tax law, accounting principles, and industry best practices to address complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions to clients.

• CPA license required; advanced degree in taxation or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax compliance and review work.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of tax professionals.
• Deep technical knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across various entity types.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and firm leadership.
