- Must have billing **experience at an medical office (mental health clinic is a bonus)**:

- Experience with **Gmail **and sorting data in **Excel/ Google Sheets spreadsheets**:

- **Computer Savvy/proficient in CRM system (We use Simple Practice)**:

- Experience operating cell and office phones
- Must also be knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations
- Ability to meet deadlines

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- This is a part-time IN-PERSON position (20-30 hours) at our Bowie office. If this feasible for you?

**Experience**:

- Multi-line phone systems: 2 years (preferred)
- Appointment scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
