Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client Service Representative who will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer orders and enhancing overall satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate and prompt processing of customer orders using our SAP accounting/CRM system.
  • Taking ownership of orders from initiation through to invoicing.
  • Collaborating with the sales department to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Communicating essential project details to customers, including inventory status and delivery schedules.
  • Engaging daily with various departments such as Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, and Technical Support.

In-person collaboration is essential for this role.

Additionally, you will monitor large projects, coordinating resources, reporting progress, and resolving any issues that arise.


Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service or order management, with office experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • The capacity to exercise good judgment and diplomacy in customer interactions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
