Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution
  • Active license to practice law in Maryland (Virginia and DC licenses preferred)
  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate and construction litigation, with additional experience in commercial, civil, and employment law being advantageous
  • Proven track record as a lead trial attorney
  • Capability to independently oversee cases from inception to resolution with minimal oversight
  • Skilled in drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, managing discovery processes, negotiating settlements, preparing for trial, and representing clients in court
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical prowess, and effective time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated history of managing increasing levels of responsibility
