If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Medical Administrator for our Pain Management Home Care Service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Establishing Operations**: Lead the development and implementation of operational procedures for our pain management home care service, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- **Patient Coordination**: Coordinate patient scheduling, home visits, and follow-up appointments with healthcare providers, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Develop marketing strategies to promote our pain management home care services within the Brooklyn community, targeting both patients and healthcare professionals. This includes online marketing, community outreach, and collaboration with local healthcare organizations.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Oversee administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and maintaining patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in medical administration, preferably in home care and house calls.
- Strong marketing skills, with experience in promoting healthcare services.
- Familiarity with pain management practices and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak Hebrew and Yiddish fluently is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
