**About the role**:
The Remediation Technician assembles and configures computer equipment on a daily basis. Responsibilities:

- Computer skills of Chromebooks, laptops, iPads, MacBook laptops on a daily basis
- Load and unload shipments for all incoming and outgoing orders with use of a pallet jack or hand truck
- Scan and upload data regarding incoming shipments
- Communication skills and the ability to articulate your scope of work, status updates and other pertinent information to a customer, face to face or via telephone.
- Reference point for all related queries.
- Install equipment, diagnose problems and make repairs.
