We are looking for an experienced an Office Admin for our Hospice business located in Sante Fe Springs. We service clients all over LA, Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange County. This is an exciting position as the Office Admin will take on a crucial role in helping to manage the operations of the company. Position will be in-office and preference for bi-lingual.

Our focus is on providing the best care for our patients. The goal is to foster an excellent environment that will support everyone in working to the benefit of hospital and patients alike.

**Responsibilities**
- Assists with managing clinical notes and documents.
- Coordinates with both clinical and non-clinical staff to provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with patients to insure best quality care and service and to liaison between staff members.
- Verifies Medicare/Medi-Cal benefits.
- Work with team members in solving any issues that may arise in the office.
- Consistently displays a professional appearance and conduct in all settings. Customer service, including interpersonal and inter-agency relationships, is positive and professional at all times.

**Skills & Requisites**
- Minimum 1-2 years of office healthcare experience
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Current CPR, health clearance, TB clearance.
- Must have a vehicle with valid insurance and license.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
