Actively seeking a Marketing/Office Admin for a client in the real estate sector.

The right candidate will be involved in multiple levels of administrative support as well as marketing across various media platforms.

Details:

  • Title: Marketing/ Office Admin
  • Role type: Full time, direct hire
  • Location: Santa Barbara, CA - on site
  • Compensation: $70K annually + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and production of marketing materials (flyers, signage, tour-books, proposals, eblasts, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.)
  • Website maintenance support
  • Create mail merges
  • Assist in Tenant and Landlord contacts
  • Data Research and answering phones

Ideal Skillsets:

  • Team player, positive attitude
  • Able to organize and multitask in a busy office environment
  • Ability to work independently, strong time management skills
  • Tech savvy, skilled researcher
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills

QUALIFICATIONS & OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS

  • 2+ years experience in design programs such as InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • 2+ years office experience, working in marketing and/or Real estate
  • Knowledge of Constant Contact
  • High School diploma required, college degree preferred
