**Description**:
**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- **eBuilder Project Management Information System (PMIS) Development**: Support the design, development, and customization of the eBuilder platform to meet the specific needs and requirements of our capital projects. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure the eBuilder solution aligns with business objectives and industry best practices. Manage the overall implementation and deployment of the PMIS across multiple capital projects. Monitor rollout progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure rollout objectives are met. Utilize the PMIS to support other City initiatives.
- ** Asset Management**: Develop and implement asset management programs to effectively track and manage project assets throughout their lifecycle. Establish processes and procedures for asset acquisition, inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and disposal. Utilize asset management software and tools to optimize asset performance and maximize return on investment.
- ** Training and Support**:Provide training and support to project teams and end-users on the use of the eBuilder platform and asset management tools. Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing assistance to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the systems effectively.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve the eBuilder solution and asset management programs based on feedback, lessons learned, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and efficiency gains to enhance project performance and drive business value.
- ** Management (dependent on experience)**:Manage staff working to support asset management and project management initiatives

**Qualifications, Special Certifications and Licenses**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within project management, with a focus on capital projects.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with asset management, including GIS experience.
- Ability to provide support and troubleshooting services to internal City end users in a professional, prompt, and technically sound manner for asset management and project management enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement/management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of asset management principles, practices, and enterprise solutions.
- Experience developing and implementing PMIS solutions for capital projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Cityworks is preferred.
- Experience with eBuilder specifically is preferred.
- Experience with PowerBI is preferred.
- 3+ years of staff management experience is preferred.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and asset management (e.g., CMRP) is preferred.
