We are currently seeking a **Fixed Assets Manager** to manage key assets for Intercept Health including fleet vehicles, properties, and furniture and fixtures. Ensures the accuracy of the asst inventory, monitors the condition of the assets, and initiates procurement of new assets, retirement of old assets, and repairs and upgrades as necessary. Works in coordination with the Finance Department and the Quality and Risk Department to ensure assets are safe and properly accounted for.

This position is also responsible for supervising the Maintenance team. This includes managing employee timesheets, monitoring attendance, meeting regularly for one on one supervision and coaching, and conducting employee evaluations.

**Education and Experience Required**: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate Degree or vocational certificate in a related discipline form two-year college or university preferred; or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
