Position Overview:

So, here's the deal, at Estes, we're not just changing our own company, but also the whole industry. We want folks who are super excited to join us in this awesome transformation. We're on the lookout for a Digital Assets Analyst to join our IT crew. Your main gig? Collaborating with various peeps from different areas of the company. Together, we'll focus on predicting needs, optimizing inventory, and making sure all our devices, telematics solutions, and other equipment are up-to-date and secure. You'll be working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and field service pros to keep everything running smoothly. This role is all about being an expert in digital assets and sharing your wisdom with the team. Let's work together to make Estes and the whole industry shine bright.
  • Forecast, process orders, manage inventory, and ship digital assets and accessories for upcoming Fleet installations
  • Analyze data from various sources to support initiatives and campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to forecast inventory needs
  • Process new orders and returns with leadership and vendors
  • Coordinate installation of digital solutions for all fleet assets internally and externally
  • Assist stakeholders and vendors with data and program/project implementations
  • Identify process improvements and suggest enhancements
  • Create and share reports, dashboards, and visualizations
  • Handle billing reconciliations with stakeholders and vendors
  • Document processes and procedures
  • Audit digital services and billing to ensure compliance
  • Manage software and firmware upgrades for digital assets
  • Regular attendance is a must
Requirements:
  • College diploma/university degree or relevant work experience
  • 1+ years in transportation, supply chain, or similar fields
  • Experience with telematics, mobile devices, dimensioners, and scales preferred
  • Dedication to top-notch customer service
  • Great communication skills, both technical and business
  • Strong analytics skills, Excel, and SQL experience required
  • Willingness to learn new tech tools and processes
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Handle confidential info with care
  • Network effectively and communicate across all levels
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with service management tools a plus
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of the job
  • Pass drug screening and background check
  • Authorized to work in the US
