- Oversee and manage all aspects of demolition operations, including site preparation, equipment deployment, debris removal, and salvage activities.
- Develop and implement project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation strategies to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential hazards, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site personnel, including subcontractors and labor crews, to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and progress updates, to support project tracking and reporting requirements.
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols to promote a culture of safety and compliance on all project sites.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in demolition project management or related field.
- OSHA 40 certification required.
- Strong understanding of demolition techniques, equipment, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
