Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of commercial HVAC systems and equipment for various types of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project schedules and reporting
  • Lead and manage on-site tradesmen
  • Ensure a safe work environment and promote safe work practices
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and general contractors
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • HVAC Geothermal Experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Proficient in commercial building construction related to plumbing, HVAC, and electric
