This is a hybrid position that offers the option to work remotely up to 3 days per week with the other 2 days in the office. Specific schedule will be discussed further if presented with a job offer. The headquarters for this position is 1 W. Wilson Street in Madison, Wisconsin. DHS is located in the heart of downtown Madison, near the State Capitol, the Madison Metro route and the Capital City bike path.
**Position Summary**:
As the Technical Operations Manager, you will:
- provide supervision and direction to a wide range of permanent and contract staff.
- Partner with the Department of Administration, Division of Enterprise Technology (DET) as a key service provider of infrastructure and Enterprise services, and

**Minimally qualified**
- Experience supervising or leading teams performing systems administration and information technology operations.
- Experience providing IT customer service and service level management.
- Experience working with a broad range of IT systems and architectures including architectural review and consultation.
**In addition, highly qualified applicants**
- Experience supervising or leading teams performing systems administration and IT operations for systems supporting critical business functions.
- Experience managing identity and access management services.
- Experience working as a technical operations manager in a government or healthcare environment.
- Experience leading enterprise-level IT architecture services
