Engage, support and make an impact as a Stewardship Coordinator with UCLA College’s Development team. This is a great opportunity to learn about fundraising and stewardship in a role where you will be part of a vibrant, creative team in a supportive environment that is committed to providing the highest level of care and engagement to our donors. This is an entry-level position where you can build your career while you provide support in our efforts to acknowledge donors and truly demonstrate the impact of their giving. We encourage you to bring your abilities to draft and edit a wide variety of materials, create and analyze reports, help us plan events and provide the necessary support essential to further the communications and donor engagement activities of our office. You will get broad exposure to all levels of our internal and external constituents and serve as a strong liaison to our team in providing the high level of customer support and attention that is the foundation of our renowned fundraising program.

**Salary & Compensation**
- UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common. **Qualifications**
- Experience with Adobe suite and/or graphic design. (preferred)
- Ability to learn and deliver customer service skills such as interacting in a friendly, professional manner and responding quickly and appropriately to requests. (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (required)
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, take initiative, be resourceful and make decisions. (required)
- Ability to research, gather, analyze, and synthesize information from sources such as online searches, databases and files. (required)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships. (required)
- Ability to work as part of a team, be detail oriented, organized and meet deadlines. (required)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion. (required)
- Proficiency with business software such as Google docs, Google forms, Word, Excel, and Outlook, and databases. (required)
- Ability to coordinate special events. (required)

**Special Conditions for Employment**

- Must be able maintain a reliable and predictable work schedule including ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.
