Sam Edelman has an incredible opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our highly creative, forward-thinking team in our midtown New York City office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- **Correspondence management**: Manage incoming calls and correspondence for Division President and responds independently when possible
- ** Travel planning**: Manages complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, and all related expense report filing, for Division President, SVPs, and VP's
- ** Calendar management**: Manage calendar and independently schedules all meetings and appointments for Division President and SVP/VP as needed
- ** Dictation & writing**: Takes and transcribes dictation, and composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
- ** Project support**: Works with managers to develop, execute, and distribute projects and presentations, to actively support achievement of brands' marketing and business objectives
- **Presentation assistance**: Works with Division President and SVPs to craft presentations for high level internal and external meetings including BOD meetings, Sales Meetings for brands, Team meetings, and CEO outside presentations
- ** Documentation distribution**: Prepare and distribute documents for the team to include memos, reports, proposals, and spreadsheets
- ** Supply management**: Orders and maintains division supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit:

- High School diploma required; Some college or technical school preferred
- 3-5 years work-related experience to senior level executive required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Excel preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
