**What You'll Do**:
As a Retail Associate, you'll be the face of our smoke shop, ensuring every customer's visit is memorable and enjoyable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Maintaining an organized and appealing store environment through visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Processing transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Providing education and information on various smoking accessories and products.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
**What We're Looking For**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Previous retail experience.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge or interest in smoking accessories and related products (previous experience in a smoke shop is a plus).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
