**Salary Range**: $350,000 - $450,000/year

**About the Role**:
As the Managing Director Americas, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's strategic vision. Operating with full autonomy, you'll lead a talented team and collaborate closely with global functional leaders to expand market reach, drive profitability, and reinforce our position as an industry leader. **What You'll Be Doing**:

- _**Strategic Direction**:_ Develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve group targets, focusing on retention growth, profitability, and market share expansion.
- _**Team Leadership**:_ Lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives through effective market and competitor analysis.
- _**Financial Management**:_Oversee financial performance, review sales reports, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and program improvement.
- _**Compliance and Safety**:_Ensure adherence to legal and safety standards while fostering a culture of ethical conduct and corporate responsibility.
- _**Human Resources Management**:_ Drive recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
- _**Sales Targets and Continuous Improvement**:_Deliver on sales revenue and profit targets, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- _**Industry Intelligence**:_Stay abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
- _**Logistics Management**:_ Optimize supply chain operations to ensure efficient procurement and distribution processes.
- _**Brand Development**:_ Cultivate and enhance corporate image, reputation, and brand loyalty through effective relationship management and marketing strategies.
- _**Organizational Growth**:_Scale operations and premises in alignment with growth projections, identifying opportunities for expansion.

**Experience You'll Need**:

- Master’s degree in business management or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in General Management, ideally in an international matrix organization.
- Proven track record of P&L leadership in the Americas region.
- Experience within a technology-driven company, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in developing effective strategies in collaboration with global functional leadership.
- Proficiency in overseeing distribution operations and inventory forecasting.
