Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are a marketing agency that generates our own internal leads for our clients. We are looking for a motivated bilingual (English & Spanish) sales coordinator / customer service representative to join our team. NO cold calling, NO door knocking. We provide HOT, fresh leads that are EXTREMELY interested in our service and want to book appointments.
You will be working in the office, primarily making outbound calls, collecting and verifying relevant information, and assisting customers schedule an appointment for their service.
Again, no door-to-door, no cold calling, no pestering people with worthless offers and products. If you’re willing to get on the phones and make a large amount of outbound calls, we will bring the deals to you
**Responsibilities**:
- **Inbound/Outbound Calls**: Place/answer a high volume of calls to/from potential customers interested in scheduling their service.
- **Build Rapport**: Establish rapport and trust with prospective clients interested in our services.
- **Sales**: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into scheduled appointments.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and address any additional questions or concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our service to potential customers.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Strive to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
- Previous customer service and sales experience (preferred)
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Must be responsible and committed to your job
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Clean record and be able to pass a background check
- Experience in high volume calling (preferred)
- Occasional Saturday availability
**We offer**:
- Base salary is $16-18/hr plus commission & bonus opportunities

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
