Job Title: Customer Service I - Bilingual

Location: Orlando, FL (100% On-site)

Hours: 7:50 AM EST - 4:20 PM EST, Monday-Friday

Rate: $21 - $23/hour

Contract Type: Onsite Position

Contract Length: 12 Months, with possible extension

Job Description:The Customer Service Specialist, within the Professional Health Services, will handle inbound and outbound calls in a call center setting. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns, explaining business policies and controls, handling escalations, and managing complaints.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish)
  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Experience working in a Call Center environment and managing queues
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels
  • High attention to detail and punctuality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare or a medical environment (not required but preferred)

This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a call center environment. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and have prior experience in a customer service role. Working onsite in Orlando, FL is required for this position.
