The Account Development Representative (ADR) is a position that provides training on the fundamentals of Software Sales and ideally looks to promote our employees into full closing roles as Account Executives. **What you'll be doing**:
Account Development Representatives are motivated and entrepreneurial people who focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales team. With a mix of strong process and creativity, you will create new business revenue through outbound opportunity generation.
- Research prospects and identify stakeholders in order to generate interest and create rapport
- Manage expectations and overcome objections
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won from your meetings.
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role

- A competitive base salary of** **$55,000 - $55,000** **gross per year, plus a competitive commission structure. The base salary range stated doesn't include any variable pay such as bonuses or commission, awards made under Truspilot's equity program, or other benefits.
