About the Role

The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding ResortPass's hotel partnerships by identifying opportunities and generating new leads through outreach and networking within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new hotel leads and contacts within assigned territories
  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, utilizing a modern, multi-channel approach to generate new opportunities
  • Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities using standard forecasting practices and sales techniques
  • Develop a strong network within the hotel industry, fostering relationships with key decision-makers at individual hotels and corporate-level brands
  • Acquire a deep knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry and the ResortPass product to effectively educate prospects and create partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry or at a fast-growing marketplace startup
  • Energetic and highly motivated individual with a drive to succeed and grow in their sales career
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Suite, and Zoom
  • Action-oriented and detail-oriented, with a focus on organization and time management
  • A good person who embodies the company's values and culture
