**Duties**:

Within CISA, the Infrastructure Security Division (ISD) focuses on protecting critical infrastructure from all hazards by managing risk and enhancing resilience through collaboration with the critical infrastructure community, which includes private sector owners, operators, and employees; state, local, tribal, and territorial (SLTT) officials; and other federal agencies.

In this position you will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst leading the Policy and Rulemaking Section with the Chemical Security Policy, Rulemaking and Engagement Branch. Typical work assignments include:

- Writing and editing regulations, public notices, policy interpretations, and other rule making or regulatory documents;
- Managing long-term projects involving multidisciplinary teams;
- Supervising a team, to include performance management; planning and assigning work and providing advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters;

- This position may be designated as essential personnel. Failure to report for or remain in this position may result in disciplinary or adverse action in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations (5 U.S.C. 7501-7533 and 5 CFR Part 752, as applicable).
- You are required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08). Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position, as well as annually.
- **Interviews and a writing exercise will be required for this position.** Failure to complete the interview or writing exercise may result in removal from further consideration. The interview process may consist of in-person or video panel interview.

**Qualifications**:
**To be considered mínimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required experience for the respective grade level in which you are applying.**

**You qualify for the GS-14 grade level, if you have**:
**EXPERIENCE**:At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 grade level (or equivalent) performing the following duties:
- **Must** have experience formulating, developing and writing public regulations or standards in accordance with U.S. Administrative Procedure Act; and
- Leading, planning, organizing and directing the work of a project team; and
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis for the purpose of developing regulations or public policy; and
