Advisor for integration and interoperability issues of Joint and Coalition Command and Control (C2) capabilities, information sharing systems and NATO processes and procedures.
Provides cogent advice, overseeing strategies and influencing and implementing recommendations from concept development through executive decision-maker framework and program approval.
Leads the formulation of strategic plans, supervises implementation of programs and execution policies related to coalition Command and Control (C2) and information sharing for critical current and potential future missions with our Allies and other partners.
Responsible for leading development of frameworks to guide establishment of future federated mission networks, information and data exchange policies, and operational employment procedures in synch with other DoD programs and initiatives.
Advisor for building both Joint and Coalition consensus on Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4)/Cyber initiatives and continuously interface between senior representatives of the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Services and DoD agencies while coordinating with senior officials from HQ NATO, NATO Commands, Allied Nations and coalition mission partners in operational, technical and policy arenas.
Provides continuing capability development, operational effectiveness, technical guidance and analysis to J6 Staff.Principal authority for programmatics concerning capability integration and application issues regarding Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4)/Cyber information sharing initiatives and multi-national frameworks.
