Qualifications You qualify for the GS-15 grade level, if you have: EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level (or equivalent) performing the following duties: * Providing expertise to course of action development; * Applying expertise in policy and processes to facilitate the development, negotiation, and internal staffing of plans and/or memorandums of agreement; AND * Maintaining awareness of business processes to include reports, internal and external stakeholder feedback, requests for assistance, and information to ensure a high-level of customer service. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
