Strategic Finance Program Director

Champion HSCRC funding initiatives in collaboration with Regulatory Finance, coordinating efforts to secure essential funding for organizational initiatives.
- Develop and present consolidated yearly Community Benefit Reports to Johns Hopkins Medicine Executive Leadership, highlighting the impact of initiatives and identifying opportunities for further improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, including identifying trends in the market relevant to current and future grant opportunities for funding.
- Manage a portfolio of $35 million in grants and restricted funds across Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and maximizing utilization.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, demonstrating a keen awareness of customer needs and delivering clear communication in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
- Lead complex projects delivering significant business results, showcasing strategic and creative thinking, and fostering team initiative while operating at the highest levels of client organizations.
- Identify potential conflicts and proactively communicate them to supervisors, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required, Graduate degree and/or CPA preferred**

**Significant industry experience in hospital, physician group practice, managed care organization and/or consulting firm settings. Over 10 years of Healthcare Finance experience.
