**Position Overview**:
**Position requires office visit at least once per week.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks **Online**:

- Process payroll and related taxes
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and Waves App
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
