This position serves as a liaison from the General Manager to all departments and will confidently handle a wide variety of administrative and physical duties in an office and production environment to assist in manufacturing coordination processes and enhance organizational efficiency. Duties/Responsibilities:

Establish effective communication and work well with management and production staff. Daily interaction with plant and/or office personnel for gaining understanding, coordinating, and scheduling projects. Partner with leadership on continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Provide accurate and timely reporting to site management on pending and completed projects. Generation of reports. Ongoing collaboration with plant personnel for gaining understanding and completing projects. Assist with coordination of company events and working with vendors. Interact daily, sustain, and develop working relationships with various departments. Must be flexible to learn other areas of the business. Assist with special projects and participate in other teams as requested. Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to maintain flexibility and be comfortable with evolving and changing job tasks and priorities. Capability in dealing with complexity in a fast-paced environment. Ability to solve practical problems, be individually motivated, and make independent decisions. Competence to safeguard information and be discreet. Must possess integrity, communication, and reasoning skills to provide a positive work environment. Ability to adapt to change. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence with high professionalism. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to gather and analyze information to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and other systems as required. Education and Experience:

Associate's degree in a related field. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Preferred 2 or more years’ experience in a related role. Physical Requirements:

Regularly use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms above and below shoulder level. Regularly stand and walk for extended periods of time. Regularly communicate in some manner either by speech/hearing or through written communication. Regularly use of vision abilities including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Regularly work around moving machinery and heavy equipment. Frequently required to push/pull. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Frequently exposed to high-speed moving mechanical parts. Frequently exposed to UV, strobing, or flashing light. Occasionally exposed to fumes, dust, or airborne particles. Regularly exposed to a moderate noise level in the work environment.
